Dr. Adam Rosenfeld Joins New Castle Family Physicians
Adam Rosenfeld, DO, a board certified family physician, has joined New Castle Family Physicians where he is now seeing patients.
He and his family moved to Indiana from Chicago so he could truly practice family medicine. "I was not really able to practice true family medicine in my Chicago office," said Dr. Rosenfeld. "I am really looking forward to treating whole families, mom, dad and the kids. And, I plan to be around to take care of your grandkids, too."
Dr. Rosenfeld also has a strong interest in diabetes management and while practicing at NorthShore University HealthSystem-Mundelein Primary Care, he participated in a Diabetes Initiative Quality Improvement Project.
In his practice he provides acute, chronic and preventive medical care as well as diagnosing and treating illnesses. Dr. Rosenfeld completed his Family Medicine Residency at Northwestern University in Glenview, IL where he also served as Chief Resident.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

New Vaccination Requirements Grades 6-12
Students entering grades 6-12 must have appropriate documentation of the following vaccinations:

Meningococcal Conjugate (MCV4-Menactra)

2 Chickenpox (varicella) appropriately spaced per CDC guidelines, or documentation history or laboratory evidence of immunity
