Our office is open 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
If you have a health care emergency, please call 911 or go immediately to the nearest emergency room. For other matters, call our office at 765.529.0780.
Our answering service will relay the message to the physician on call who will contact you to discuss your health care need.
